Participants are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, visas, and travel insurance prior to departure. Failure to do so does not entitle a refund.
Serai Sanctuary is not liable for personal injury, illness, or medical emergencies occurring during the trail. Participants must hold comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
Any participant who voluntarily leaves the group itinerary does so at their own risk. Serai Sanctuary accepts no liability for incidents occurring outside the scheduled programme.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, etc.) may result in itinerary changes or cancellations. Refunds in such cases are at Serai Sanctuary's discretion.
Serai Sanctuary reserves the right to modify itineraries, substitute suppliers, or cancel a trail if minimum group size is not met, with full refund provided.
Participants with pre-existing medical conditions must disclose these prior to booking. Serai Sanctuary is not liable for health incidents related to undisclosed conditions.
